NOT OEM-CONFIRMED (this is why verified=false): the 114.3 mm bolt circle, centerBore 64.1 mm and threadPitch M14x1.5 are aftermarket-consensus candidates. I searched for them myself and they are absent from every Tesla source I could reach. PARTIAL WIN ON BOLT PATTERN: the 5-lug count IS OEM-stated — Tesla's own service procedure says "tighten the lug nuts (x5)" — so the "5" in 5x114.3 is confirmed and only the 114.3 mm circle diameter is not.
