Lug Nut Torque by Vehicle
Torque spec, thread size and the right tightening order for your vehicle. Under-torqued nuts loosen; over-torqued studs stretch and warp rotors.

Use the owner's manual figure. Values
for our vehicles are candidates pending verification. Aftermarket wheels may
specify a different torque or a different nut seat (cone vs ball vs mag) — the
wheel's spec wins. Always use a torque wrench, never an impact gun to final torque.
How to tighten
- Hand-thread all nuts, then snug each to about half the spec in the star sequence below.
- Torque to full spec in the same sequence.
- Re-torque after 50–100 miles — especially on new wheels, spacers, or after a tire change.
Typical ranges by stud size (guidance when your vehicle isn't listed)
