Factory ALUMINUM road wheels — every XK80 trim ships on alloys or forged aluminum (18/20/22-in.) — take 97 lb-ft. The full-size STEEL spare stowed under the body takes 154 lb-ft. DANGER: the manual's step-by-step flat-tire procedure (7-2 'Installing the spare tire', printed p.529 of OM0C043U) prints ONLY '154 ft·lbf (209 N·m, 21.3 kgf·m)', because at that step you are fitting the steel spare. A tech who reads that page and then reuses 154 on the alloy road wheels overtorques them by 59%. The dual figure is stated correctly in the Specifications table and in the p.528 WARNING. Manual also requires: retighten the wheel nuts within 100 miles (160 km) of driving; install nuts with the tapered ends facing inward; and never put oil or grease on the studs or nuts (printed p.486 WARNING — grease causes over-tightening and subsequent loosening).

So on this generation 154 lb-ft is unambiguously the spare-wheel figure.
