VERIFIED BY OEM DOCS: lug torque ONLY, plus the wheel and tire SIZES. I personally downloaded and full-text-parsed the 2023 and 2024 owner's manuals and found 'Wheel Nut Torque | 190 Y | 140 lb ft' verbatim in both; the wheel/tire sizes come from the MY2023 and MY2024 Colorado Electrical BBM RPO tables, which I also parsed myself. NOT OEM-CONFIRMED (this is why verified=false): boltPattern 6x139.7, centerBore 78.1 mm, threadPitch M14x1.5 and offset are aftermarket/industry-consensus values. NO GM-authored document states a numeric bolt circle, hub bore or stud thread for this truck. I independently searched, with a full-text regex for bolt circle / PCD / hub bore / pilot bore / 139.7 / 6x120 / M14 / stud thread / offset: the 2023 and 2024 owner's manuals (zero hits each) and 2,416 pages of Colorado body-builder manuals for MY2023, MY2024 and MY2026 (zero hits). The one public GM document that does publish a 'Bolt Circle Diameter' column - the 2026 Chevrolet Body Builder Guide, p.241 - covers only the Low Cab Forward medium-duty truck and never mentions Colorado. Chevrolet's accessory-wheel pages (accessories.chevrolet.com) do publish a bolt-pattern field but the host returned HTTP 403 to me as well. Treat 6x139.7 as high-likelihood-but-unconfirmed and never present it as OEM-sourced. Supporting inference (NOT documentation): 140 lb-ft is consistent with M14x1.5 studs and far too high for M12x1.5, which is typically ~100 lb-ft. That makes the thread pitch well-supported by engineering reasoning, but it is still not an OEM statement, so it remains unverified. CRITICAL CROSS-GENERATION WARNING: the 3rd gen changed bolt pattern at MY2023. 2015-2022 Colorado is 6x120 mm; 2023+ is (per aftermarket consensus) 6x139.7 mm. A wheel off a 2017-2022 Colorado will NOT bolt to a 2023+ Colorado, and vice versa. Any fitment UI must split these generations hard at MY2023. A second, independent confirmation of the break: the 20-inch wheel width also changed - the 2nd gen 20-inch is 20x8.5J (RPO RQ9) and the 3rd gen 20-inch is 20x9.0J (NZS/NZT/RPS). OFFSET: reported as the 'unverified' sentinel deliberately. Offset differs sharply by trim (ZR2/Trail Boss run a lower offset for the wider track than WT/LT/Z71), so a single number would be wrong, and GM publishes none. 22-INCH CORRECTION (changed from the first-pass record): the 22-inch is a dealer/port-installed ACCESSORY wheel, not a factory trim wheel, and it is not 2023-only. Other notes: 2024 added the ZR2 Bison on LT315/70R17C (17x8.5 beadlock-capable, RPO RPE), which is absent from the MY2023 RPO table. The compact spare on most trims is a T175/90D18 on an 18x4.5B STEEL wheel and takes the same 140 lb-ft as the alloys. The MY23/MY24 owner's manual insert carries Part No. 2324COLCANINS1_ENUS ('COLCAN'), i.e. GM books the Colorado and Canyon together - the Canyon is the mechanical twin for fitment purposes. SCOPE: the 3rd gen continues past 2024 - I confirmed via the MY2026 Colorado BBM that the same wheel-size family (17x8.0, 17x8.5, 18x8.5, 20x9.0) carries forward. This row is scoped to 2023-2024 as requested and must NOT be silently extended without reading the MY2025/MY2026 owner's manuals for the torque figure.

I downloaded and full-text-parsed both the 2015 and the 2022 owner's manuals myself and found 'Wheel Nut Torque | 190 Y | 140 lb ft' verbatim at both ends of the generation (printed p.12-2 and printed p.328), so the figure is safe for the whole 2015-2022 span. Wheel and tire sizes come from the 2019 Colorado/Canyon BBM RPO table, which I parsed myself, plus the owner's-manual tire-chain lists. NOT OEM-CONFIRMED (this is why verified=false): boltPattern 6x120, centerBore 66.9 mm, threadPitch M14x1.5 and offset are aftermarket-consensus values. No GM document I could obtain states a bolt circle, hub bore or stud thread for this generation either - my regex returned zero hits across both owner's manuals and all 872 pages of the 2019 BBM. Chevrolet's accessory-wheel pages, which do carry a bolt-pattern field, returned HTTP 403 to me as well. Supporting inference (NOT documentation): the OEM-confirmed 140 lb-ft is consistent with M14x1.5 studs and far too high for M12x1.5 (~100 lb-ft), which supports the thread pitch on engineering grounds without documenting it. CRITICAL: 6x120 is NOT interchangeable with the 3rd gen's 6x139.7 - a 2023+ Colorado wheel will not mount on this truck. 6x120 is a distinctly GM-midsize pattern (shared with the Canyon and GM's Lambda/C1 crossovers), not the common 6x139.7 truck pattern, so 'it's a 6-lug Chevy truck' is an unsafe assumption for this generation. RESOLVED IN VERIFICATION: the 20-inch wheel width, previously flagged as unknown, is 20x8.5J per RPO RQ9 in the 2019 BBM, paired with QQD P255/55R20 AL3. This also means the 20-inch differs in width across the generation break (2nd gen 20x8.5J vs 3rd gen 20x9.0J) - a second reason those wheels do not swap. SOURCING CAVEAT ON THE WHEEL LIST: the 2nd gen body-builder manuals are JOINT Colorado/Canyon documents, so an individual RPO in that table may belong to the Canyon rather than the Colorado. The sizes are valid for the shared platform (the two trucks use the same hubs and pattern), but do not assert that any single RPO was offered on a Colorado specifically without further checking. By contrast the 3rd gen books are Colorado-only, so the 3rd gen wheel list is cleaner on this point. YEAR-COVERAGE CAVEATS: the 16-inch wheel and 265/70R16 fitment is early-generation (2015-2016 manual tire-chain list) and is gone from the 2022 list; the 255/55R20 fitment appears in the 2022 manual's list. Treat 16-inch and 20-inch as opposite ends of the generation rather than simultaneously available. The 265/65R17 AT is the ZR2 fitment and by MY2019 is a factory all-position RPO (QJ2), not merely the accessory RGO it was in the 2016 book.
