Chevrolet Tahoe — Bolt Pattern & Wheel Fitment

2021-2024 5th gen (T1XX / GMT "C/K 10706" short-wheelbase full-size utility)

TORQUE IS OEM-VERIFIED; BOLT PATTERN IS NOT - that is why verified=false. I independently downloaded and text-extracted the 2021 and 2022 Tahoe/Suburban owner's manuals and read the torque row myself: 190 N-m / 140 lb-ft, identical in both (2021 printed p.399, 2022 printed p.403). GM publishes exactly ONE wheel-nut torque; there is no alloy-vs-steel and no spare-specific figure. NOT OEM-CONFIRMED: boltPattern (6x139.7 / 6x5.5), centerBore (78.1 mm) and threadPitch (M14x1.5) are aftermarket/industry-consensus values. I searched for them independently and found them in NO first-party GM document: the 2020, 2021 and 2022 Tahoe/Suburban owner's manuals; the 2021 "Full Size C/K Utilities" body builder manual; the 2020 "Full Size C/K LD Pickups" BBM (rev. 2022, GSA-updated 2024); the 2024 LD Snow Plow special-applications BBM; the 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 Tahoe 9C1 PPV specification guides; the 2025 T1XX Incomplete Vehicle Document (IVD_2025_T1XX_87855327); and the 2022 Tahoe eBrochure - all text-searched for "bolt circle", "bolt pattern", "139.7", "6 x 5.5", "M14", "stud", "hub bore", "center bore" and "78.1" with zero relevant hits. GM's own storefronts accessories.chevrolet.com and parts.chevrolet.com both returned HTTP 403 to me as well, and media.chevrolet.com's press-kit pages 403 to automated fetching, so the one first-party channel that might carry a numeric bolt circle stays unreadable. Treat these three fields as candidates to be confirmed against the physical vehicle before use. OFFSET IS OEM-SOURCED: +26 mm (18x8.5) and +28 mm (20x9 and 22x9) are read directly from GM's own front and rear axle/tire data charts, printed pp. 26 and 28 of the body builder manual - not from a retailer. RPO CAUTION: XCM, QAE, XCI and XCG are TIRE RPOs (the BBM column is headed "Tire RPOs"); the wheel RPOs are PZX, RD4, NZU, RD2, SGF, RVA and RPT. Do not cross-reference a tire RPO against a wheel catalog. THE SPARE IS NOT A MATCHING WHEEL ON RETAIL TRUCKS: every retail 2022 Tahoe trim carries a 17 in. full-size spare mounted under the frame (eBrochure specifications page), while no retail road wheel is smaller than 18 in. Only the 9C1 PPV / 5W4 SSV fleet builds get a genuinely matching 20x9 steel spare. The 17 in. spare is useful indirect OEM evidence that a 17 in. wheel clears this vehicle's front brakes, but GM does not publish that spare's width or offset. CLEARANCE WARNINGS STRAIGHT FROM THE OWNER'S MANUAL: with 275/60R20 or 275/50R22 tires GM prohibits tire chains outright ("There is not enough clearance") and the removed flat tire will not fit in the under-body carrier and must be strapped inside the cargo area - both are real signals that the 20 in. all-terrain and 22 in. fitments are already close to the body/chassis envelope. GENERATION-ADJACENT: (1) the 4th-gen K2XX Tahoe does NOT use a different torque, at least for MY2020 - I checked the 2020 owner's manual directly and it publishes the same 190 N-m / 140 lb-ft (printed p.397); MY2015-2019 manuals are 404 on GM's repository so they are unchecked, not different. (2) MY2025+ is the facelifted T1 and is outside this row; re-verify against that year's manual. (3) 275/65R20 (tire RPO XCI) appears in GM's body builder axle/tire chart but in neither the owner's manual tire list nor the retail eBrochure, so it is likely a fleet or late-availability combination - kept because the source is OEM, but flagged. DOCUMENT AVAILABILITY: only MY2020, 2021 and 2022 Tahoe/Suburban owner's manuals still return HTTP 200 from chevrolet.com's owner-center repository; I probed seven different URL patterns for MY2023, MY2024 and MY2025 plus the contentdelivery.ext.gm.com and my.chevrolet.com hosts and every one returned 404. MY2023-2024 therefore rests on the unchanged 2021/2022 spec plus the MY2024 PPV fleet guide showing the wheel/tire hardware word-for-word identical to MY2022.
