I independently downloaded and text-extracted five separate Jeep/Mopar-published owner's manuals spanning the whole WL run (MY2021 GC L p368, MY2022 p317, MY2023 p320, MY2024 EMEA p370, MY2026 p357) and every one states 130 ft-lb (176 N·m) with M14x1.50 thread and a 22 mm socket. The first researcher documented this exception correctly but could only express it as a trim note buried inside the non-SRT row, which is exactly the shape that gets collapsed into a single number by a renderer or a downstream consumer. The first researcher correctly identified this as a dangerous gap and recommended the row but did not produce it, leaving MY2011-2013 uncovered by any row in the record - or, worse, liable to be swept into a 2011-2021 WK2 row at 130 lb-ft. Publishing 130 for these three years over-torques them by about 18 percent. I verified all three model years myself by downloading the manuals and extracting the text: MY2011 printed page 470, MY2012 printed pages 557 and 559, MY2013 printed pages 601 and 603 - every one says 110 ft-lb (150 N·m), and none of the three contains a torque-specification table at all.
